Courses

Specific information

Vulcanair informs you that the personal data you provide to register for the courses promoted by us will be processed for the organization and management of the training course and related administrative activities (execution of the contract), with automated and manual tools.
The provision of data is necessary and in its absence we could not pursue the aforementioned purpose.
Your data, which will not be disseminated in any way, can be communicated to professional teachers, third parties who support Vulcanair in organizing the course and to the subjects we have outsourced the management of some administrative, accounting and tax aspects.
Your data will be kept by us according to the deadlines set by the ENAC National Civil Aviation Authority.
We remind you, however, that we may have the obligation to communicate your certificates of participation to the National Civil Aviation Authority - ENAC - Authority for technical regulation, certification, supervision and control in the civil aviation sector in Italy or in the Military Aviation in accordance with the procedures established by them, in the exercise of their activities as independent Data Controllers.
